New Zealand: Free tracked shipping to urban addresses. Packaging & safety fee applies at checkout. Delivery usually takes 3–10 working days after dispatch if your address is rural extra postage cost may apply.

We are not responsible for courier delays, loss, damage, or missed deliveries once the parcel has been handed to the courier. Customers must contact the courier directly for any claims.
